CHECK- IN TIME
Hotel rooms are normally available for check-in after 2.00pm. Guests arriving prior to this time will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available. For all early check-in, we highly recommend your guest to reserve the rooms the night before in order to guarantee availability. However, we will make every effort to accommodate the early arrivals prior to the standard check-in time.
CHECK- OUT TIME

Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests requiring special consideration for late check-out after the regular time should make their request when placing reservations. Late check-out will be extended up to 2.00pm at no extra charge upon hotel guestrooms availability.

Otherwise, rooms may be extended until 6.00 p.m. at a charge of 50% of the contracted conference rate and subject to availability. After 6.00 p.m. rooms will be charged at the full contracted conference rate.
