Yunnan Green
Land hotel, a five star hotel in Yunnan
Province, opened in March 1999 and owned
by Chin Life Investment Holding Company
Limited and Redwin Development Limited.
The hotel rooms, meeting rooms and restaurants
have been renovated during 2006 and 2007.
It is located in the central area of spring
city-Kunming and about 5 kilometers from
the airport and 2.7 kilometers from the
Kunming railway station to hotel. It takes
10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes
from railway station to hotel by car.
Guest can take on No.1 bus from the hotel
to the Yunnan University (Conference Site)
and take on No. 52 bus from the hotel to
the International Trade Center and Airport.
If the guest will come to Yunnan Minority
Nationality Village, he (she) can take on
No.47 or 68 bus beside the City government
to the destination. |

Land hotel totally has 31 floors (inclusively
underground floor). The first floor
is shopping center, the second floor
is hotel lobby, lobby lounge, reception,
Chinese restaurant and the café, multi-function
and banquet hall are
on the third floor, the fourth floor
is international conference hall,
the fifth floor is tennis court and
Yunnan local flavor restaurant, from
the 6th floor to 29th floor are guest
room floors.

The
hotel totally has 317 luxury and comfortable
guest rooms, each room is well equipped
with convenient facilities and amenities
such as mini bar, IDD, Cable TV(HBO, CNN,
NHK) and pay movie, internet access, in-room
electronic safe, fridge and hair dryer.
Hotel totally has 207 deluxe rooms (Twin
Beds), 25 deluxe rooms (King bed), 22 standard
sites (Twin Beds), 23 apartment suites,
18deluxe suites, 10 executive rooms (King
bed), 11 executive suites, 2 standard king
bed rooms and one presidential suite.
Deluxe suite: There are 18 deluxe suites
in green land hotel. Each suite is 80 square
meters, including sitting room, bedroom,
host and guest toilets. Guests both from
home and abroad have praised the special
design and decoration of deluxe suite.

26th to 29th floor, it has 10 executive
king rooms and 11 executive suites, we provide
special services for all the guests in executive
floor ,There are reception desk, business
center, meeting room and executive lounge
on 27th floor, all the guests stay in executive
floor are entitled to check in and check
out quickly here, the business center offer
typing, copy, translation, fax, IDD, internet
and other service for executive floor guests,
guests can have continental breakfast and
enjoy afternoon tea in executive lounge. |

hall: situated on third floor and specially

royal palace Chinese restaurant on
second floor is well known for its
seafood and Cantonese food, with seats
190 guests to have dinner together,
in addition, the royal palace also
have 13 elegant VIP rooms. |

hall on third floor is 1000 square meters,
with seats capacity of 500 people for banquet
style, it is also can be divided into 3
parts in different area in accordance with
the guests’ requirements, in addition, it
is well equipped with advanced AV, fire
and air conditioning facilities. |

King Smile Western Restaurant, on
the second floor, with seats 200 guests,
is famous for its international breakfast,
buffet and a la cart. Guests can have
dinner here and enjoy music and waterfall
landscape. |

Fire
and Safe: To ensure the safety of hotel
guests, hotel is well equipped with advanced
fire and monitoring system, there are two
fire exit in each floor, each guest room
is installed with smoke detector and sprinkler.
Monitoring equipment is installed in guest
floor corridor, lift, lift lobby and hotel
lobby. The hotel totally has 11 lifts, including
7 guest lifts and 3 fire lifts. Meanwhile,
we have a clinic in room 817 and established
good relations with local hospital for emergency
case, they will provide first-aid 24 hours
service.
Business center: is located on second floor,
mainly offer express mail, typing, copy,
translation, IDD, e-mail service and so
on.
The hotel also has car-parking area with

meeting rooms with seats capacity from 10
persons to 600 persons.
The international conference hall on fourth
floor can accommodate for 600 people. All
the meeting facilities can be provided such
as white board, LCD projector, wireless
microphone and 200 sets four languages simultaneous
translation equipments for international
conference use. Besides, we have a dedicated
and professional meeting staff team to serve
you all the time.

and fitness facilities: guests can relax
to fitness center after a busy day. There
are entertainment facilities on third floor,
including: Gym, sauna, the forth floor offers
billiards, table tennis, darts, cards room
and tread wall. The tennis court is on fifth
floor.

Guest room: Our guest rooms are deluxe,
comfortable and well-equipped with all service
facilities. Each room has wardrobe, chairs,
night stand, safe, hairdryer and shaver
etc. 2 bottles of free mineral water per
room everyday. Air condition, 24 hours hot
water. Later check out to 14:00p.m. Guest
check out before 18:00 pm will pay half
day room charge, check out later than 18:00
pm will pay one day room charge.
Restaurant: the kitchen has separated area
for cold and hot food and equipped with
advanced kitchen facilities to provide clean
and safe food for our guests. The dining
room also can provide Islamic meal and the
vegetarian diet meal and the western restaurant
offer A la Cart and 24 hours room service.
