* The above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast (maximum for 2 persons per room).
* Extended late check-out till 14:00 pm without extra charge (subject to availability)
* Complimentary welcome flower and fruits basket.
* Free use of broad band internet access in guest room.
* Complimentary pick up service (Please book in front desk in advance).
* 30% discount on laundry & dry cleaning, free of service charge in Chinese restaurant lobby and 10% discount on F&B in private rooms of Chinese restaurant (excluding special promotions, seafood, cigarettes and beverages) plus 10% service charge during stay.
* 20% discount on typing and copy service in Business Center, receive fax FOC.
Reservation
In order to calculate your company¡¯s room nights so that you may enjoy more benefits in future, the contract No. or any documents that could identify guests from your company are required upon reservation or check-in, otherwise the Hotel reserve the rights to refuse providing above benefits & privileges.
Check-in/Check-out Time
Please be advised that the check-in time is 14:00 or later and check-out time is 12:00 or earlier. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the room availability. A half day room charge is applicable for late check-out after 14:00 as well as a full day room charge is applicable for late check-out after 18:00.
Payment
All bills of your company or of the guests from your company need to be settled in cash or by credit card immediately upon the bills take place.
Or a cheque deposit has been arranged with hotel financial department in advance. All bills shall be confirmed by authorized signature and be settled monthly. Please see attached authorized signature list for reference.
Others
This contract will be renewed annually, discount and benefits will be changed according to your company room nights.
