Poster Session Invitation |
| Dear Sir or Madam: |
| On behalf of the preparation committee
of the 16th International Congress on Anthropological
and Ethnological Sciences, Director of the exhibition
group of the committee sincerely invites you and your
institution to participate in Poster Session held during
the conference (from 15th July to 23rd July 2008.) |
| In this congress, we will provide
participants of the Exhibition with display site and
facilities for free including display boards (no more
than 3 for institutes, no more than 2 for individuals)
and a display counter (95CM×50CM×75CM) shown
by the following draft. |

| If you are interested in participating
in this exhibition, either fill the application form
on line (www.icaes2008.org) or download and then send
it to us by email. Once your application is approved
by the preparation committee, you will be informed of
the approval through email or by visiting the official
website of the conference. |
| Exhibition-related information provided
by the institutions or individuals whose applications
are approved will be compiled to be circulated for information
exchange. Since the space for exhibition is limited,
who apply first will be approved first until there is
no space for more applicants. |
| We will be very grateful if you pass
this invitation letter to your colleagues, or other
scholars who will participate in the same academic panel/session
with you--All of them are also welcomed to the Poster
Session. |
