Committee on financial aid (through April

Confirmation of registration
and payment (Feb. 20 - July 10)
Registration at the
conference site (July 13 - 23)
In case of cancellation,
the Preparation Committee may refund a
portion of the registration fee depending
on circumstances: (1) if notification
of cancellation is received by June 15,
2008 by the preparation committee, 50
percent of the registration fee may be
refunded; and (2) if notification is received
on June 16, 2008 or later, the registration
fee will not be refunded.
