Registration for the 16th World Congress of IUAES
Kunming, China
July 27-31, 2009
All participants, including chairpersons of academic sessions, must fill out the registration form. Chairpersons are not required to pay the registration fee. All others, including companions, must pay the registration fee.
      Online registration begins on Feb. 23 and ends on June 27. First, please fill out the online registration form. Second, please pay the registration fee.
      Acceptable means of payment include major credit cards and bank remittances. After you submit the form and payment, you will be able to check their status online.

Payment by credit cards can be made securely online by following the instructions contained in the registration form. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB Card, and Diners Club Card.

Registration at the conference is also possible on arrival at the conference. But please note that a 50 percent late registration fee will be charged. On-site payment should be made in cash (U.S. dollars or RMB) or by credit card (Visa Card or Master Card). Travelers check will not be accepted. Students must show their student identity card at on-site registraiton.

Decision of the Preparation Committee on financial aid (through Febuary 20,2009)

In case of cancellation, the Preparation Committee may refund a portion of the registration fee depending on circumstances: (1) if notification of cancellation is received by June 27, 2009 by the preparation committee, 50 percent of the registration fee may be refunded; and (2) if notification is received on June 28, 2009 or later, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Rights and Privileges
Registered participants will enjoy the following rights and privileges:
1．Participation in such activities as the opening and closing ceremony of the congress, the keynote speeches, special lectures by distinguished scholars, round-table discussions, film showings, exhibitions and evening entertainment;；
          2．Conference guide and booklet of abstracts;
          3．Lunch and refreshments during coffee breaks;
          4．Congress souvenirs;
          5．Free transportation for designated academic tours;
          6．Possible publication of superior papers;
